These terms and conditions apply to all offers and deliveries of TATRA PARTS, located in Slovakia. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms in their entirety. Any alternative terms will only be valid if specifically agreed to in writing by TATRA PARTS. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in offers. Offers are valid for 1 month from the issuance date.
- All prices for goods are based on the quantity requested. Any change in quantity may lead to a price adjustment.
- For imported goods, prices include packaging and transport costs to the buyer's location.
- TATRA PARTS primarily operates as a wholesale supplier. For orders below €20, a handling fee of €10 will apply.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed order by the Buyer, the Buyer agrees to compensate TATRA PARTS for incurred damages as follows:
- 30% of the order value if canceled within 10 days of placing the order.
- 50% of the order value if canceled between 11 and 24 days after placing the order.
- 90% of the order value if canceled 25 days or more after placing the order.
- The Buyer must pay the purchase price within 17 days from the shipment date or based on mutual agreement. First-time buyers are required to pay in advance.
- The Buyer cannot withhold payment for any reason.
- If payment is late, TATRA PARTS may withhold future deliveries. Payment is considered complete when the funds are credited to TATRA PARTS' account.
- Default interest of 0.1% per day will be charged on overdue amounts. Buyers who fail to pay within 30 days will see a 5% reduction in discounts on future orders.
- For certain goods, a deposit may be required. Paying the full amount two weeks before delivery will provide a 3% discount.
- Advance payment is required for express deliveries.
- Goods remain the property of TATRA PARTS until full payment is received.
- Buyers must handle delivered goods with care. If the Buyer defaults, TATRA PARTS has the right to reclaim the goods without waiving future claims.
- Order cancellations require our consent and may incur compensation for damages.
- Changes to purchase contracts must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
- Other relevant provisions of the Commercial Code apply.
